  Sat in the drive thru line for 10 min. Then got to the order box and didn't get any response, not even a hello I will be with you in a min for 2 minutes then when I said hello? I got mam you're going to have to wait just a minute.... 2 minutes later still have yet to get my order taken. Not my first horrible experience at this dunkin donuts.... Over 20 min to make it through a drive through is absolutely absurd

  AWFUL!! I normally don't write reviews but I still can't believe I experienced such horrible customer service. My friends and I have been taking our kids to this Dunkin Doughnuts every Tuesday for the past 4 weeks. It had started to become a nice little outing with our kids after we took them to the Del Webb library. In total there are 5 kids under the age of 4. For the most part they sit, eat their doughnuts and then we leave. We make sure our kids behave and clean up after themselves. Today there were Easter decorations on the tables. The Easter decorations had confetti in them. The kids pulled them off the table in 2 seconds. We were doing our best to clean up when the manager came out from behind the counter and yelled at us to clean everything up. We are normally the only paying customers in this business during this time. Why on earth would you treat your customers like that?? Between doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, milk and coffee we had just spent around $50. Needles to say we will now be going to Krispy Kreme and I'm making sure to tell everyone to stay away from this business if you have kids. You are an ice cream and doughnut shop!!! If you can't handle the mess then close your doors or hire different people with customers service skills!! Very, very sad.

  Love this place! I get the same thing every time I go and 9 times out of 10..its perfect. Friendly people also.
